Since it was 4 months old opening Hotel every thing looks new and clean, hopefully it will remain the same level of cleaneness and the front staff they ware very nice. We meet the gm during his regurlar checking around the property, which means they care level to insure residence openions and satisfaction is good

the price and the design were really amazing in comparison to other 5 star hotels in Riyadh.. , it is almost 100% renovated building which is stylish and luxurious in the same time and this was not reflected by the photos here in booking website, I can say it is one of the best 5 hotels in Riyadh that can provide such room, but the location is not !! staff are friendly meals done by room service is good with reasonable price valet parking service is free with one allocated parking area per room easily you can find taxi around located in the old town in Riyadh

it is located in the old city center where no new restaurants or malls ( they are mainly located in alolaya district) it may take around 30 min or more to reach alolaya area especially when there is traffic jam service should be improved .. they should have free shuttling service to alolaya malls and they should arrange tours to old city

Excellent rooms.I Was positively surprised... The staff is very polite and professional.

- Bad sewerage smell in the bathroom - very noisy rooms, could hear the neighbour snore and also the elevator - hotel is located in a very poor area

The hotel has been refurbished with a modern design. It's clean, breakfast is good and the reception staff is friendly.

Reserved an airport pick-up (which has been confirmed) and the driver has never shown up. Called the hotel and no one was answering the phone, which is not really welcoming at almost midnight. The previous guests had set the room alarm at 2 am and at 6 am and therefore I had to woke up to switch it off. Didn't have a good rest due to these reasons.
